Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Freelancer Income Stabilizer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and STROP DE RAI SRL ("we", "us", "our"), based in Romania, European Union.

1. Description of the App
Freelancer Income Stabilizer is a personal productivity tool designed to help freelancers and independent contractors:
- Record and track income and expenses
- Visualise earnings over time
- Generate personal income forecasts and projections
- Draft professional outreach messages using AI assistance
The App is designed for personal financial organisation only.
2. Not Financial Advice — Important
This App does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice.
The income forecast and projection features are estimates for personal planning purposes only. They are based solely on data you manually enter and do not account for taxes, market conditions, regulatory factors, or any other external variables.
These features do not constitute financial forecasts or financial planning services within the meaning of applicable financial services regulations, including but not limited to MiFID II (EU) or any equivalent national legislation.
You should consult a qualified and licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
3. AI-Generated Content
The App includes an outreach generation feature powered by OpenAI's API. This feature produces AI-generated draft text based on inputs you provide.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. Always review generated content carefully before using it.
- You are solely responsible for any content you send to third parties, regardless of whether it was generated by AI.
- Do not enter the full personal name of a specific individual into the target client field. Use a role or company type description instead.
- We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any AI-generated outreach text.
- Generated content is produced by OpenAI and is subject to OpenAI's usage policies at openai.com/policies/usage-policies.
The Generate Outreach feature requires a valid OpenAI API key which you must obtain directly from OpenAI (openai.com). You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your own OpenAI API key
- All costs and charges incurred through your OpenAI account as a result of using this feature
- Compliance with OpenAI's Terms of Service and usage policies
We have no access to your API key and are not responsible for any charges billed to your OpenAI account.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to process, store, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity in outreach content generated by the App
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or deceive any third party
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers free features and optional premium features available through in-app purchase ("IAP") processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
When purchasing premium features or subscriptions:
- All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal terms are displayed clearly before purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
To cancel a subscription:
- Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Select Freelancer Income Stabilizer
- Tap Cancel Subscription
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal period.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your Apple devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it.
AI-generated outreach content produced through the App's Generate feature is owned by you, subject to OpenAI's terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at stropapps.com/freelancerincomeapp/privacy-policy and within the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Forecasts or projections will be accurate
- AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific purpose
- The App will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or €0 if you used the free tier.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with OpenAI's API for outreach generation. Your use of this feature is also subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The courts of Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in a European Union member state, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right under EU Regulation 1215/2012 to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
